Bailey came into GRRNT at age 14 when her owners had to move and could not take her with them. She has some health issues, including large tumors in several places. Our vet did remove two that had ulcerated and become infected, but due to her age and overall health she really should not have more surgery. GRRNT knows Bailey will be happiest staying in her foster home as a permanent foster. GRRNT will make sure she is comfortable and receives all the care she needs for the remainder of her life. We are so thankful for her foster family who we know will provide all the love and attention she needs.

Earlier today, 15-year-old GRRNT Permanent Foster Bailey crossed the Rainbow Bridge in the arms of her foster family who gave her so much love and many reasons to live for the last 18 months. Bailey came to GRRNT with a number of medical issues and was able to live out the rest of her days being well-loved and cared for by her GRRNT medical team and foster family. We are so happy that we were able to give her a good quality of life for the time she had left. She went to the Bridge knowing only love and kindness.
