Billy was turned into an animal shelter in Louisiana, and volunteers there asked GRRNT to help him. He is in pretty rough shape, he has ear infections, coat loss, flea dermatitis, a systemic yeast infection, and has had stomach upset since arriving in GRRNT's care. Our vets are treating his various conditions, and monitoring his stomach issues. Billy is receiving lots of TLC from his foster family. We will post more about Billy once his foster family gets to know him better, and his health improves.

We are very sad to share the news that our sweet Billy left us for the bridge today. He was in rough shape when he arrived in GRRNT care, and has been receiving vet care, and lots of TLC from his foster family. Sadly, his physical condition could not be overcome. We are deeply grateful and extend our sincerest thanks to Billy's foster family. They met his every need, provided love and care, and gave him a warm home with every comfort for the time he was with them. We know he was well cared for, loved, and happy because of their efforts.
